OmniPulse

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Alex Software Holdings LLC for using OmniPulse.

Last updated: 2026-10-14

Agreement

By creating an account or using OmniPulse, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

What the service does

OmniPulse reads analytics for the social accounts you connect and presents insight about your own content. Metrics are sourced from each platform's official API where available. Where a number is estimated or derived rather than reported by the platform, the product labels it as such. We do not guarantee that any insight, score, or recommendation will improve your results.

YouTube

OmniPulse uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or otherwise using OmniPulse's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and ours by our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and your connected platform accounts secure.
  • You must have the right to access the analytics for any account you connect.
  • You must be at least 13, old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
  • One person or organisation per workspace. Do not share a login with people outside your organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Connect accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
  • Use the service to scrape, harvest, or resell another person’s data.
  • Attempt to access another workspace’s data, or probe, scan, or overload the service.
  • Scrape or crawl OmniPulse, or access it by automated means other than the APIs and browser extension we document for that purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble OmniPulse, or attempt to derive its source code or models, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
  • Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or billing.
  • Use the AI features to produce unlawful content, or to impersonate someone.
  • Use OmniPulse to break the terms or policies of a platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Instagram’s Terms of Use.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to other users, and will tell you why when we do.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged as a flat monthly fee. There are no usage credits and no overage charges.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the higher limits unlock straight away.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep the higher limits until then.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page by moving to the Free plan. There is no cancellation call, email, or retention flow.
  • First-payment guarantee: if you contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment, we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
  • Outside that first-payment guarantee, we do not issue automatic refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
  • If we change prices, existing subscribers get notice before the change applies to them.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content and your data. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to fetch, store, process, and display your data back to you, and to publish or reply on your behalf when you ask. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, and how to have it deleted on the data deletion page.

Third-party platforms

The service depends on APIs run by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Those platforms change their APIs, rate limits, and available metrics without consulting us. If a platform removes or restricts a metric, the product will show it as unavailable rather than guess. We are not responsible for a platform suspending or restricting your account. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We aim to keep it running and to be honest when it is degraded, but you should not rely on it for anything time-critical without your own backup.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Alex Software Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms takes away any protection you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.

Who we are

OmniPulse is operated by Alex Software Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, also registered to do business in Washington State.
